So I see it was my address but it was delivered when I was not home. They were not there when I got home. But because you gave no tracking number - I had no idea. So either the deliver driver stole them or a someone who got into our secure building did. Again if we had tracking numbers from the start this would have been resolved .

Our fulfillment provider uses ACI sometimes, but they have admittedly been unreliable the past few weeks over the holiday period. I agree the spotty service is not acceptable and we're working on ensuring theyre not someone we rely on going forward.

I see we had shipped out a replacement for a size mixup and our warehouse sent out a Gi labeled A3 but the actual Gi was an A0 (rather than a packer mistake, it turns out there was a labeling mismatch, my apologies for the frustration). I highlighted the issue to our warehouse supervisor to ensure the replacement shipment is opened and inspected prior to shipping out the proper size. I'll tell Nick to follow up on your ongoing email thread as well.
the label says a0. when will they ship the correct size?
It looks like the in-house small label (Flow) says A3 but the warehouse-generated larger label (which our fulfillment warehouse uses to scan) is listed as A0. I've asked our warehouse head to supervise the packing of the order but since it's Saturday it may not be something that gets processed and picked up by carrier until Monday when the work week begins.

Hmm that is odd, i see the label was generated on Dec 16th but unlike your other orders it never left that status phase. It might be something that went with our USPS pickup but is lost in the shuffle at the local Post Office. I'll dig into it and reship in the meantime.

sorry to jump in here, but there is definitely an issue with PayPal processing duplicate orders. I had the same issue twice last month and I'm currently pursuing a refund. if you got multiple emails, you were charged multiple times

If there's no order number but payment went thru, then we should be able to resolve it via email address from your paypal account. Also please include which specific Gi / size you wanted (in these albeit rare instances when PayPal orders get botched, we dont receive any order info from PayPal other than the default address and email/name).
