Hi, I ordered a Gi on 1/9. I sent an email to CS to cancel it immediately after ordering but never heard back. I received it yesterday. CS doesn't respond to emails and the help/contact button doesn't work. How do I return this for a refund?

How is that you seem so responsive and good about customer service but Rollmore literally lies about the return policy, refuses to refund, tells me to return items that they have already received, and basically tries to make the experience as horrible as possible? I have placed over 25 orders with you guys but am seriously considering never doing business again with you or any or your affiliates. (I was led to Rollmore from an ad on this site).
